In more than 20 years of ministry in local church, non-profit settings or within the walls of her home, she loves God’s women! It is “Pure Joy” watching women strengthened in their calling and truly enjoying Jesus! During her 21 years as a missionary and 12 years living overseas, she ministered with her husband in church-planting and founded Lily House, a safehouse that provides discipleship and vocational training to survivors of human trafficking. She currently resides in West Virginia and serves on church staff where her husband is Senior Pastor. Nate and Erica have 2 teenage daughters. She received her counseling training through Gospel Fellowship International and numerous trauma-informed hours through her work in anti-trafficking. She is excited to be a “missionary to the missionary” with Pure Joy.
